Tide’s mobile app runs on iOS 13 and above, and on Android 9 and above.

Unfortunately, Tide isn’t compatible with Windows phones or certain Huawei devices.

At the moment, the Tide app isn’t available on Huawei’s official app store (AppGallery), because it isn’t compatible with some operating systems. We understand this is frustrating, but you won’t be able to download the latest version of the Tide app if:

• You’ve moved to a newer Huawei device which runs on EMUI OS and uses AppGallery 
• You’ve updated your existing Huawei device (which runs on Android OS) to EMUI OS, and now use AppGallery

We’d like to reassure you that we’re monitoring the situation and working to find a solution for our members. Until we do, we recommend you use the app on one of the many supported devices that run on iOS 13 and above, or on Android 9 and above.
