About The Role

As a Product Analyst, you’ll play a critical dual role—hands-on analytics expert and strategic thought partner to senior business leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, can drive high-impact initiatives independently, and brings structured leadership to ambiguous problem spaces.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Data Science) in this critical role. Your main goal will be to understand member behavior to directly inform and shape the strategy and product roadmap for Tide's new Insurance Services. You will be responsible for discovering actionable insights that drive growth in this area.

We're looking for someone with the ability to influence at the leadership level, lead multiple initiatives in parallel, and are comfortable in rolling up their sleeves. If you enjoy a high-autonomy, high-impact environment, where you’re expected to drive the agenda and not just respond to it—we’d love to hear from you.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Product Analysis & Optimisation: Conduct hypothesis-driven deep dives into existing product data to understand customer behaviour, identify user pain points driving churn, price sensitivity and more. You will quantify the size of problems, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Product Experimentation: Lead product experimentation efforts, helping design and analyse tests to build confidence in the features we invest in. You’ll be the go-to expert for product experiments, ensuring they provide meaningful data to guide decision-making.
  • Product and Feature Performance Review: Collaborate with product and operations to establish and measure KPIs that reflect the impact of new features. Your analysis will ensure that product developments solve real user problems and drive increased adoption.
  • Shape and Influence Strategy: Working alongside the CEO of Insurance, Country Commercial Managers and the Product team, you will lead hypothesis-driven exploration to help identify new product, partner and marketing opportunities and validate them through data analysis.
  • Own reporting and MI Dashboards: Work with commercial, product and operations to build and maintain MI dashboards and automated reporting against key KPIs for all insurance products across all markets.

What We Are Looking For

  • Have 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably within digital or Fintech products
  • Experience in the insurance industry combined with experience in revenue / sales optimisation would be highly preferable
  • Strong SQL/Python proficiency
  • Able to translate complex data into compelling narratives and visualisations using Looker or other BI tools
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution and continuous iteration, including a strong hold on product experimentation
  • Familiarity with key product metrics such as LTV, CAC, conversion rates, churn, and retention and ability to think critically about how data-driven strategies contribute to overall business growth
  • Experience capturing stakeholder requirements across various levels of seniority and functions and building appropriate analytical solutions
  • Comfortable in leading and solving vague and ambiguous problems with minimal guidance
  • Good communication and presentation skills and skilled in translating complex data analysis into insights presentable to business users
  • A self-starter and can operate with a high degree of independence
  • A strong ownership mindset – taking the initiative to identify opportunities and solve challenges using data; you don’t wait for things to be told to you

What You Will Get In Return

  • Competitive salary
  • Self & Family Health Insurance
  • Term & Life Insurance
  • OPD Benefits
  • Mental wellbeing through Plumm
  • Learning & Development Budget
  • WFH Setup allowance
  • 15 days of Privilege leaves
  • 12 days of Casual leaves
  • 12 days of Sick leaves
  • 3 paid days off for volunteering or L&D activities
